KRISTINE

frontend developer & concept designer

At heart, I’m a frontend developer and concept designer working at the intersection of UX, systems thinking, and code.

I have formal training in frontend development and web technologies. I design and build custom, minimal web experiences from concept to implementation, with a focus on clarity, usability, and long-term maintainability.

I create credible projects ranging from focused websites, to webshops and larger, system-oriented projects. Depending on the scope, engagements can be short and structured or more exploratory over time. In more focused builds, the scope is defined upfront and the work moves efficiently from concept to implementation. For larger projects, such as webshops or platform-like solutions, the process becomes more iterative, with an emphasis on structure, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

I work primarily with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and API-driven architectures, often combined with headless CMS solutions and third-party services when appropriate

I collaborate closely with a limited number of clients through a clear, structured process, keeping communication direct and decisions intentional from start to finish.

I believe the next web should empower rather than persuade, and I aim to build calm, signal-over-noise digital experiences that respect the user.
